Return & Exchange Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this policy.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel an order once it has already shipped.

Returns or Resends

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date your order arrives. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer a refund or resend.

Return: We accept returns for products shipped by us when the item is faulty due to an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong or a damaged item. Items must be returned with proof of purchase. To complete a return, please contact limiseven888@gmail.com before sending anything back.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. For approved quality-related returns, the return shipping cost is refundable. Items that do not meet the return criteria may be considered ineligible for return.

Resend: If an item is faulty due to an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item, we can resend the correct product. If an item is damaged during transportation, please contact us with details and photos so we can review the case and advise on the available solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
